Last week I hosted my first set of facial massage workshops… and my heart was full. 🤍
It wasn’t a sell out but I was so grateful to spend the morning with gorgeous women who were choosing to spend their morning to slow down — not rushing, not achieving, not doing — but simply being.
The aim of these sessions was simple- To learn a ritual you can actually use.
To stimulate Ayurvedic marma points to help :
🌿calm your nervous system
🌿release facial tension you didn’t even realise you were holding.
🌿bring a natural glow to your skin.
But it was so much more than technique.
It was an invitation to pause.
To soften the jaw.
To smooth the brow.
To breathe deeper.
To listen to what your body has been trying to say.
Face massage isn’t just about skin (although that post-massage glow is real ✨).
It supports lymphatic flow, eases stress stored in the face, improves circulation, and gently guides the body back into rest-and-digest mode.
And the best part?
Self-care doesn’t have to be complicated.
It doesn’t need to be perfect.
It doesn’t mean buying more or doing more.
It’s about creating small, nourishing rituals that make you feel good — that make your soul feel looked after.
A few intentional minutes in the evening.
Your hands.
Your breath.
Your presence.
If you’d love to experience the full ritual, deeper relaxation, marma point work, and that post-treatment calm that stays with you, I’d love to welcome you in for a facial massage treatment {DM to book} 🧖🏽♀️
And if you’d like to join my next workshop, comment ❤️ below and I’ll add you to the waitlist.
Let’s make slowing down normal again.
