In 2026, my word for you is Vr̥ddhi (Growth) 🌱

The last few weeks have been deeply wholesome: time with loved ones, long lie-ins, no agendas, no social media — just presence. Stepping away may not have helped the algorithm, but it gave me space to reflect and feel truly grateful for how far we’ve come.

Last year asked a lot of me and my husband — redundancy, returning to work, becoming new homeowners, and raising our son with intention. Survival took up space. No extra holidays, DIY home repairs, and sacrifices made for future security.

By the end of the year, something had to give again — this time, it wasn’t my health. I slowed down treatments and stepped back from social media. Not ideal for business, but exactly right for my wellbeing and my family.

I protected my boundaries, kept burnout at bay, and found small rituals that nourished me — morning walks, evening facial rituals to calm my nervous system. No perfect routines. Just care where I could.

This year, my intention is simple and steady. Resilience has turned into growth. I want to nourish my body and nervous system as I grow older. want to grow my facial practice with care, presence, and patience — giving it the time it deserves and offering you the presence you deserve too.

I’m learning that growth doesn’t come from pushing harder, but from nourishment, consistency, and choosing care again and again.

Here’s to growing gently, deeply, and in alignment 🤍

If this resonates, stay connected, come to an event, or book a facial when your body asks for it.
Your wellbeing matters.

Closing the Year with Intention & Gratitude

As the year comes to a close, today isn’t about doing more. . . it’s about pausing.

So often we rush straight into planning, goals and resolutions without taking a moment to acknowledge everything we’ve moved through. This simple Ayurvedic-inspired ritual invites you to slow down and gently close the year with awareness.

Light a candle. Take a deep breath.
Then ask yourself:
✨ What supported me most this year?
✨ What drained me and what boundaries did I learn I need?
✨ What do I want to carry forward into the new year?
✨ Where can I soften and care for myself more deeply?

Gratitude doesn’t mean the year was perfect — it means recognising your resilience, your growth and the moments of nourishment along the way.

As women and mums, we hold so much. Today is an invitation to honour you.

✨ Save this to return to before the new year begins

Foot Massage for Better Sleep

If your sleep feels light, restless or broken — start with your feet.

A foot massage using warm oil or magnesium spray before bed grounds your energy, calms your nervous system and supports deeper sleep.

This is super helpful for busy mums whose minds don’t switch off easily.

Such a small ritual with big results.

🌙 Save this for tonight

If the festive season has you feeling a bit sluggish, start simple: tongue scraping + warm water. This combo helps clear toxins, boosts digestion and gives your morning energy a gentle lift.

Tongue scraping is a traditional Ayurvedic ritual, which i’ve grown up practising since I was a little girl.

Tongue scraping cleanses the mouth, gently detoxifies while enhancing all senses of taste.

THE BENEFITS
🌿Tongue cleaning fights periodontal disease. If you leave bacteria on your tongue, It can increase your risk of developing gum disease.

🌿By clearing the gunk off your tongue can help improve your sense of taste and clear that BAD BREATH (get ready those Christmas kisses)

🌿Tongue cleaning boosts immunity and digestion.

Your tongue is an important component of your immune system and keeping it clean helps to prevent toxic buildup from being absorbed into your body.

Make tongue cleaning a part of your daily morning ritual. It’s honestly one of the easiest ways to feel “reset” during a busy month.

Motherhood changed me in ways I never expected.
For a long time, I felt lost… trying to figure everything out on my own, far from family, far from the support I thought I’d have.

But somewhere between the overwhelm, the long days, the lonely moments and the tiny pockets of joy, I learned something important:

We don’t always find the village we hoped for —
sometimes we build it, piece by piece, through friendships, boundaries, tiny rituals and the courage to put ourselves back on the list.

Walking more.
Moving my body in the little gaps of the day.
Leaning into natural therapies.
Letting small moments of self-care be enough.
And slowly, feeling myself again.

This is why I care so deeply about creating spaces for women; to rest, to reconnect, to feel supported, even for a moment.

If my story speaks to you, save this post so you can come back to it on the days you forget your own strength. 🤍

And if you’re craving stillness, grounding and that feeling of coming home to yourself…
DM me to book a holistic facial massage or join one of our monthly social gatherings.

You deserve support too. 🤍✨
