I held my first UK ecstatic dance & loved it SO much. We don’t have to wait until we are off in a far land on a retreat to experience such magic, we can bring it to our doorsteps 💫

Eeeek!!!! I’m so excited to announce I’m holding my first UK ecstatic dance experience!!!!

On the STUNNING rooftop of kingdom. We’re gonna heal the lighthearted way!🌞💫🐬✨

It will be an intro to free movement, I’ll help you feel comfortable in your body, play some GREAT music and then we’ll melt in to a sound bath.
