Some of you may have seen on my insta profile - but I’m very excited to have the opportunity to go to Molveno for the International Ice Swimming Association European champs! Looking forward to looking after our GB swimmers and exchanging knowledge with the other doctors and teaming up again with Streamline Medicals ☺️ ❄️ 🧜🏻‍♀️

Bit late but thank you to swim champs for entrusting your distance swimmers with me! Lived up to its name with ice breaking required before the start! Well done to all the swimmers in truly gnarly conditions.
Thanks and Harry for the photos, especially of my mini me who had a blast volunteering and is badgering me for the next time.!

Stunning day today for the 1k and 500m… well done to all swimmers and volunteers for a cracking day! And to Ally for supervising us doing a stately 50m for our daily dip at lunchtime.
Unfortunately I can’t be there tomorrow but you’ll be in good hands with Dr Rebecca! Have fun!

It’s January… it can mean only one thing… the red lipstick comes out for January Daily Dip, raising money for Crisis to support the work they do for the homeless. Got it off to a good start with 10 of us this morning. Thank you to Löyly & Jää Sauna sauna for providing a much appreciated fire for after and Jess for your battle to get it lit in the biting wind!

Ages 14-84 competing, including a number of para athletes.
Absolutely brilliant weekend with International Ice Swimming Association at the GB champs. So proud to be part of the wonderful team.
Some amazing swimmers.
Enthusiastic volunteers and the team from the pool were top notch.
Thank you everyone who worked so hard to make this happen, and to the swimmers for being awesome!

PS sorry to anyone who wanted the canine assistants. Feedback has been noted 🤣 🐶 🐶
