The evenings have closed in, there is a definite nip in the air and nature is shifting into the early stages of Winter. It's a time of year with a very subtle beauty, one that needs a little bit of extra effort to lean into.
These two trees from our weekend with friends look respectively so late autumn and so early winter - and they were right next to each other. And after I took these we drove through the Hampshire countryside to our friends place a low rolling mist lay across the autumn fields as dusk crept in. Such a fleeting moment of ethereal beauty.
The stripping back of comfort, warmth and light in the natural world can leave us feeling depleted and in need of extra rest. Take that extra rest where you can, your body mind and soul will thank you. If you need support in this then there's still a place left on the Alternative Christmas Night Out and a rogue place in this weeks in house Luxury November New Moon Soundbath - these sell out months in advance but this one has been riddled with cancellations and postponements from those who had booked, so a little sneaky place remains!
Look after yourselves and wrap up warm!
With love, Emma xx
