Join me in ceremony to welcome the transformation of the flame as we celebrate Beltane. This is a Festival of fire, fertility & flora, and a sacred time to honour the potent energies of spring and feel the stirrings of summer.

This ceremony creates a sacred capsule for you to connect with your inner tapestry whilst weaving into the healing powers of the land and community. The gathering will offer you powerful chapters of stillness, connection, creativity & soul nourishment.

As you arrive at The Luna Room, the energy of this auspicious temple welcomes you in with loving arms, where we will allow mindful moments to bring offerings to the altar along with our intentions. The sacred space is sealed with the energy of the 7 directions so we can unfurl into ceremony with the wise embrace and guidance of the outer realms.

Grounding breathwork will usher your body into a natural state of expanse, while soothing the nervous system and settling the mind. We will then begin to welcome in the healing power of plants as we sit in ceremony to honour traditional folk medicine. We will call upon the plant spirit kingdom, to honour native plants which are growing abundantly at this time!

As the medicine begins to move through you, we too will move through ritual to create beautiful willow and floral crowns to adorn our heads and honour Flora, The Flower Goddess. We will then journey deep into a dream time expanse with barefoot chanting by the fire with beat of the drum to send our prayers & intentions to The Flame of Transformation.

Join me in ceremony to welcome the renewing energies of Ostara as we ground to feel into the stirrings of our own inner awakening. As the ceremony draws to a close we will invite deep nourishment into the body with a healing meal provided by the incredible plant pixies and kitchen witches of Ahimsa Plant Healing. Ahimsa are passionate about restoring the connection between people and planet by regenerating the health of the community & land! They are driven to provide British food and wild foraged delights that honour ancient & traditional methods of cooking.

I grew up being fiercely independent. I wore this independence as a badge of honour, as i knew this trait was freely celebrated + championed within our society. But, as a society, what we often overlook is that this independence can be born as a coping mechanism due to arduous times.. It can be a trauma response to being raised in a dysfunctional home, or perhaps born out of a place of needing safety + stability in a seemingly 'unsafe world', or maybe this independence is modelled within family dynamics of driven overachievers.

And whilst this independence serves a purpose at the time, helping us traverse chapters of old, it can leave us as adults who are rigid in our ability to form nourishing connections + allow community into our lives.

It took me a long time to understand the true meaning + purpose of community. Of course, i would day dream about having a beautiful sustainable community that lives in harmony with the land, but with the same breath, I would keep people at arms length... It took me even longer to allow my barriers to come down, to fully receive the beauty of community, and to integrate + embody new belief systems around it.

“The circles of women around us weave invisible nets of love that carry us when we're weak, and sing with us when we are strong.”

Earth & Coven was born out of a desire to see you connected to your power. What I didn't realise at the time is how it would effortlessly offer you a powerful, deep and meaningful connection to a wider sense of community.

When you repress your shadow there is a natural tendency to over identify with your persona (the person who you think you are). This creates a divide within + the process of separation occurs.

There is separation between who you authentically are + who you think you should be.

Your persona will cast judgement + shame over the layers that are deemed unworthy + unlovable.

A true revolution occurs when you realise that, the layers you reject within your psyche, are actually the layers you give your power away to.

You regain your power by reclaiming all of who you are + welcoming it into a space of gentle loving awareness + acceptance. This process moves you away from separation + into a space of alignment.

Alignment *doesn’t* occur by releasing all that you have shame + judgement over.

Alignment occurs when you learn to lean into your perfectly imperfect wholeness + integrate all aspects of self.

When you are welcomed into a container with me, whether that be a group or 1:1 setting, all of you is welcome. Your shadow + your light.

So thankful for the energy that is woven together in this photo. I've been reflecting on the powerful symbolism of 3 generations and how it harnesses the essence of the Triple Goddess / Triple Moon. I wanted to share some of that wisdom with you...

~ Symbolism of Triple Goddess ~

{Two crescent moons flanking a full moon. The left side of the symbol features a waxing moon, the center features a full moon, while the right side depicts a waning moon. The symbol is a representation of the changing phases of the moon which also correspond with the stages of womanhood. It can also symbolise the endless cycle of birth, life, death and rebirth. The moon can be seen as a representation of the Triple Goddess and the three phases of womanhood: the Maiden, the Mother and the Crone. As the symbol suggests, women share the same rhythm as the moon, with the female body typically corresponding to a 28-day cycle. Likewise, the three main phases of a woman’s life correspond with the three phases of the moon.

🌙The Maiden – this is represented by the waxing moon. The Maiden is a symbol of youth, purity, pleasure, new beginnings, wildness, freedom and innocence. As a spiritual symbol, the Maiden is an invitation to explore spirituality and desires.

🌙The Mother – the mother is represented by the full moon. The Mother symbolises love, fertility, maturity, abundance growth and creativity.

🌙The Crone – this is the wise woman, represented by the waning moon. This phase embodies both the previous stages, including courage, independence, freedom, fertility, creative energy and culmination. The crone represents the fulness of a lived life, embodying the wisdom gathered by living through both the ups and the downs of life.}
