HeartSpace House is a rustic yet elegant farmhouse with exposed stone walls, wooden beams, and tranquil gardens.

Our group sessions will take place in the beautiful Yoga barn, which is stocked with all the Yoga props we could possibly need!

Shared twin rooms are designed with comfort in mind, blending farmhouse charm with simple luxury.

Gemma & Jamie are wonderful hosts & we will be really well looked after….Gemma’s food is incredible!! ( )

I’m currently reflecting on 2025 both personally & professionally & want to say a huge ‘thank you so much’ to each & everyone of you that has joined me for group sound sessions, 1-1’s, ceremonies, day & weekend retreats & the monthly Tofte Manor sessions & for all the wonderful collaborations with other Yoga teachers who wanted to bring Divine Harmony to there students this year, I deeply appreciate all of you🙏🏼

Even after all the years of facilitating I absolutely never take for granted that I’ll be able to continue to run my little ‘business’ & it certainly would not happen if it wasn’t for all of your ongoing support!

2025 has been an intense year of shedding old patterns, relationships & anything else that is not aligned with our soul purpose.
I feel there is something profoundly beautiful about allowing life to flow through us rather than trying to control it….& so I honour all of you that are working on this, it certainly feels like a big part of my life’s ‘work’ on a personal level.
It is also my absolute pleasure & honour to walk alongside you & to support you in coming home to yourself more fully & letting go of what you are ready to release, something that the process of my psychotherapy training along with plant medicines has offered me over the last 2.5 years.

I humbly offer you the wisdom I am receiving from my own experiences, which I know has changed how I now show up for myself & for you.

We are very close to the Winter Solstice which is the darkest part of the year & we experience the shortest day & the longest night.
It’s a time for deep introspection, a time to pause & reflect before we head towards the lighter days once more.
This timing has been celebrated throughout history by our ancestors & the ancient ones, as many sacred sites across the earth were specifically built to honour the return of the sun☀️

We are now well on our way into the second half of 2025 & I don’t know about you but I’ve found it has been a pretty intense year so far…🫣
Those of you that have experienced my offerings will know that they are all created intentionally to gift you time to pause, reflect & come home to yourself more fully, they can be an anchor point that brings you into the moment & give you much needed breathing space…😌
