Today I was invited to do a cacao and card reading mine ceremony on my sitting room floor. And the card I choose .... Saraswati!!! My goddess! Saraswati is my yoga name. She is the goddess of creativity. It felt so magical that this was the card I got.

Wednesday mornings starting on 20th September brings lovely yoga back to . In the centre of Great Malvern with a new time of 9.40am. So it’s a great way to start your mid week day. The practice is suitable for beginners as well as those who have done yoga for a long time. It’s 1 hour and 5 mins long and you will feel lovely afterwards.
