Easingwold Couch 2 5K Welcome to the Easingwold Couch 2 5K page! For those who are interested in finding out more about the Group and/or wish to take part.

A FREE 8 week supported programme for those who are new to running and led by qualifed Leaders in Running Fitness. Meeting at Millfield Park car park, Easingwold on Saturday morning at 10am. This group is suitable for complete beginners - those that cannot run and may be nervous even thinking about it! It is for all ages, shapes, sizes and abilities. If you have made the first step and found this page then I hope that you will like what you see and be encouraged to 'get off the couch' and join us. If you want to gradually improve your health and fitness, have fun whilst doing it and make new friends then this is the group for you....
