Hi my loves👋🏼
I was chatting with a few friends recently about what I actually do now, and it made me take stock and reflect…
Over the past year especially, I’ve watched so many - what I like to call - “mid-lifers”, especially women, completely change how they feel in their bodies.
Not just “get fitter.”
But:
• Go from stiff, cautious and even a little bit scared, to strong and capable
• Get up off the floor with a little less hesitation
• Worrying less about their back every time they bend
• Walking taller
