Core strength goes far beyond toned abs - it’s about stability, balance, and the health of one of the most important areas of the body: the pelvic floor. Yet pelvic health is something rarely discussed, despite its impact on posture, movement, recovery, and overall wellbeing.

Core Conversations is a unique event designed to shine a light on this essential topic. The day begins with a guided mat Pilates class where you’ll connect breath, movement, and alignment to support the deep core muscles.

This is followed by an interactive wellness talk exploring the fundamentals of pelvic health - what it is, why it matters, and how simple practices can improve strength, function, and confidence at every stage of life.

To nourish body and mind, we’ll also share a wholesome, nutritious lunch made by creating space for connection and conversation in a supportive community setting.

Whether you’re new to Pilates, looking to deepen your practice, or simply curious about understanding your body better, this event will give you practical tools, empowering knowledge, and a renewed sense of connection with your core.

Our Beginner’s Barre Workshop is the perfect introduction to barre in a fun, supportive, and beginner-friendly setting.

Whether you’re completely new to barre or looking to revisit the basics, this workshop will help you build a strong foundation in strength, posture, and controlled movement.

Through guided low-impact exercises, with high intensity intervals Barre takes inspiration from Pilates, ballet, and strength training.

You’ll learn to-
Engage your core and stabiliser muscles to support balance and alignment.
Improve posture for safer, more effective movement.
Use breath to enhance control, stamina, and focus.
Master foundational barre sequences that sculpt and tone the whole body.
Develop body awareness and coordination for greater confidence and flow.

By the end of the workshop, you’ll feel energised, strong, and more confident at the barre, with practical skills to bring into future classes.
