Muscle Knots
These are tissue adhesions, which are portions of muscles that have spasmed to become tense or contracted.
They can be quite painful, but not generally a cause for concern.
They are usually formed from repetitive motion, that aggravate the muscles tissue, leading to a build up of tension over time.
These Knots can pinch the intramuscular blood vessels or nerves, leading to muscle weakness or reduced mobility.
Massaging and fire cupping helps encourage the adhesions to release by encouraging the blood flow to the affected area increasing mobility to the surrounding tissue.
Stretching and rolling
Is a good prevented measure to stop a muscle build up of Knots.
