At Charters Court, team members complete mandatory fire training every six months, which covers essential skills such as identifying fire hazards and risks, effectively using fire controls and safe and prompt evacuation methods 🚨

Our fabulous resident Ana celebrated her 90th birthday on Tuesday and loved spending time with her family and the staff 🎂🎈

As always everyone enjoyed a slice of homemade cake and a cup of tea!

Love is in the air at Charters Court! ❤️

Our residents have been getting creative with some fun Valentines Day craft sessions.

This morning Martha, Margaret and Mary painted some stunning Valentines hearts, which will be displayed in the reception area for fellow residents and relatives to admire.

It is a great way to spend the morning and to spread the love!

This week we celebrated our fabulous resident Lili’s 92nd birthday, with lots of smiles and laughter and of course a fabulous cake! 🎂

Care Assistant Laura has been delivering sign language classes at Charters Court.

The weekly sessions have seen residents showcasing their commitment and eagerness to learn the new skill!

Wendy said, "The sign language classes are fantastic. I have really enjoyed pursuing a new interest, it is a fun and rewarding challenge. I have started to watch videos online alongside Laura's classes, so I can practise and am making great progress!"
