Based in East Grinstead & Reigate an experienced team, with a passion for helping people, providing osteopathy, rehab, sports massage, deep tissue massage, hot stones and laser therapy! Osteopathy is a safe and effective form of healthcare, suitable for people of all ages, and can help a wide range of problems. Osteopaths are a regulated profession, we undergo a minimum four year degree based training, we gain over a 1000 hours of clinical experience with patients before we graduate.

Big hits are part of the game but concussion is one injury we can’t ignore.

Around 1 in 4 players are injured each season and concussion can show up straight away or 24-48 hours later.

Symptoms may include:
😵‍💫 Headache, dizziness, nausea
🧠 Brain fog, poor focus, memory issues
😔 Irritability or low mood
😴 Sleep disruption

Because the force often affects the neck too, we access and treat the cervicogenic component, improving spinal movement, easing muscle tension and supporting the nervous system balance to aid recovery.
