I spoke at the MindsetXR Conference, organised by and !

Digital Therapeutics in the form of XR is fast becoming an amazing tool to help patients and professionals cope with stress.

The aim of my presentation was to show my understanding of mental health and digital therapeutics having suffered from severe mental illness for over 10 years.

I have suffered from numerous relapses, which I have now controlled thanks to medications, support, exercise and understanding of my illness and effects of medication.

The presentation was also aimed to show the achievements of in developing EscapeVR as an amazing tool to help patients and professionals alike to cope with stresses of the workplace and Hospital environments.

I use EscapeVR to relax and unwind when I am feeling stressed and depressed.

EscapeVR takes me to Thailand, Greece and Spain as well as many more locations I can just relax and view the beach.
