Darlynn also currently works as a Specialist Optometrist at Moorfields Eye Hospital two days per week delivering extended role services in the Glaucoma Clinic and Urgent Care Clinic. She has recently been finishing her further studies and exams in Independent Prescribing and in Glaucoma. We are fortunate to have a complete diagnostic suite within our clinic featuring many 'Gold Standard' machines. These include a Topcon OCT scanner (we have had an OCT scanner in practice for over 11 years and were the first practice in the region to introduce digital imaging), Zeiss Humphrey VFA, Medmont E300 corneal topographer, Thompson Chart, FDT Matrix screener, Rodenstock DNEye 2+ Biometer, Rodenstock Impressionist 4, Eye Tracker, Colorimeter to name but a few!! We specialise in Paediatric Assessments and Vision Therapy and even have our own online VT portal so you can log on from the comfort of your home and complete your exercises!! Our Practice Team includes two Qualified Dispensing Opticians plus a full range of support staff. We also offer home visits (by prior arrangement). Our state of the art Rodenstock Impressionist 4 measuring system allows us to tailor spectacle lenses to your precise measurements and can be combined with data from our DNEye Scanner to minimise distortions and Higher Order Aberrations which may help to improve night time vision...

We also specialise in Myopia management using the latest treatments such as contact lenses (including Ortho-K lenses) and spectacle lenses for Myopia control. Keep your eyes peeled for our new Sports Vision clinics which are coming soon!!

We take our work very seriously and here is our Director ‘testing’ our latest Silhouette sunglasses in Cyprus to ensure that they perform to the highest standards!!

The good news is that they are apparently ‘very nice’ - light and comfortable (in fact you forget that you are wearing them) and the tint is ‘superb’…
