JM Body Care Sports and alternative therapies.

I practice in sports massage and alternative therapies, with regular clients – both athlete and non athlete – and have an involvement with the Queensbury Boxing League in the capacity of sports masseur on their regular fight nights and volunteer work at the local athletic club (East Grinstead Athletic Club) by doing sports massage. My primary aim is to promote the importance of both mental and physical well-being and to raise awareness with regards the treatment and prevention of physical injury.

JM Body Care opening times during December holiday season.
JM Body Care will be closed from 18th December to the 28th December.
Reopen and working normal opening times on the 30th and 31st of December.
Will be closed on the 1st January and open normal opening times from the 2nd of January.
