The year of the snake 🐍

What a shedding 👀 I think for many of us we have been released of whatever was holding us back 🙌🏼 Galloping into the year of the fire horse 🐎 full steam ahead!

Conversations that I’ve had at the tail end of 2025 have been a lot about external needs, dopamine hits & endorphins 🩷🫠 I am finding that we seek emotions such as validation, sympathy & love externally, not realising that all of these emotions and feelings must come from within first. Sometimes, making mistakes along the way, which, sometimes feel like can’t be rectified.

I for one will go into 2026 having more honest conversations with the people that I love and more importantly, myself, as I want to move forward and not have any mistakes or misjudgments to hold me back.

(I also realise that I will probably continue to make mistakes and misjudgments along the way 🫠😂)

For now, I would like to thank everyone who supports me & my little healing business 🩷

🌞 Summer dump 🌞

What a summer we’ve had ❤️ with three children, it doesn’t come without its moments 😅 one being school supply shopping 😒 why do I find that sooooo stressful???

It’s safe to say that we have enjoyed ourselves throughly only at the expense of one broken car 🧐 but we move (maybe abit slower than before) 🫠

If you happen to see us walking around in the next couple of weeks, you’ll know why 😂

I have my Sunday slow down, this coming Sunday. Reset and recharge for the transition back to school and work fully, all details in my insta bio.
