I help with there flexibility , core strength and spinal mobility with mat Pilates ,My love for pilates started about 2 years ago just after I had spinal surgery, pilates was the only thing which got me moving again so where it helped me I want to help others with movement ,flexibility and core strength

Our Story

Provide a NURTURING environment for the people I help. Help them LOVE themselves again EMPOWER themselves, take CONTROL of there life and not have any RESENTMENT in there life’s and LOVE UNCONDITIONALLY .

Now that I have this I now know how to work my story into my message to bring me and my story by the words and the emotions rather than the actual incidents which were where I was struggling.

Aiming at woman who are pregnant

My message is aimed at women whom are pregnant because when I was pregnant I couldn’t find a descent therapist locally to me as I couldn’t travel on trains which made me feel sick and past out to help me out of my discomfort and as time went by my pelvis moved out of place by 1 inch, most people would thing labour is the most painful experience anyone could go through but no its not displacement of the pelvis also known as SDP Symphysis p***s dysfunction is 100 times more painful then labour it ,it gave me major discomfort walking sitting and laying down but knowing that if I found a pregnancy massage therapist to help my discomfort would have been minimal, as I experienced this the first time it was impossible to it stop this the second time but I did find a amazing therapist whom managed to reduce my pain by 80% in my pelvic displacement.
