Over the summer I will be running the following yoga classes:
Mon 9.30am - power yoga
Mon 11am - gentle yoga
Mon 6.30pm - power yoga
Wed 9.30am - power yoga
Thurs 9.30am - power yoga

All classes will be held outside on the cricket pitch in East Harptree unless it is raining when the class will be held on zoom.

Good morning! I have some good news! We will be returning to yoga on Mon 15th June. I intend to start off with the following classes:
Mon @ 9.30am
Mon @ 6.30pm
Wed @ 9.30am
Thurs @ 9.30am
The classes will be held outside on the cricket pitch for 8 people, 2m distanced cones will be put out, I will run the classes whatever the weather and the toilets will not be available. If you would like to attend please let me know below, it will be a first come first served basis. I look forward to seeing you. Take care xx

I hope you are all enjoying a lovely bank holiday, I just wanted to let you know that yoga starts back this evening at East Harptree pavilion @ 6.30pm. I am also trailing another evening class at 6.30pm on Thursday evenings if you are interested. Usual classes are, Monday and Wednesday mornings at 9.30am and Thursday morning at 9.10am. Hi everyone, I hope you've all had a fantastic summer. Just a little note to let you know that all yoga classes except "Gentle Yoga" will begin on Monday 5th September and "Gentle Yoga" will start back on Monday 12th September.
I can't wait to see you all with a brand new workout, (easing you in gently of course!) accompanied by some great music.
