Hi! I'm Clare - a Holistic therapist with over 18 years of combined experience offering Reflexology, Aromareflex, Reiki & Indian Head Massage.

My business is AOR and UK Reiki Federation approved. EK & surrounding areas + Health Booster LTD Salt Cave. Clare Lees has been a Reiki practitioner for over 15 years, qualifying to Master level and is a member of the UK reiki federation. In 2019/2020 she studied hand and foot reflexology with one of the top reflexologists in the UK in which she passed with Merit. She is a member of the AOR (Association of Reflexology). She recently completed training in Aromareflex which incorporates aromatherapy into reflexology. She is also trained in the butterfly touch method of Reflexology and reiki designed specifically for clients living with cancer. Clare is passionate about the therapies that she provides, taking an holistic approach to her clients needs. She is based in both East Kilbride and Uddingston. Current treatment prices are as follows:

Had to share...

1. Your feet are basically filing HR complaints about your life choices.

2. Stress isn’t a badge of honour. You don’t get Tesco Clubcard points for it.

3. You’re running on vibes, caffeine and sheer stubbornness - and it shows.

4. Your body has been dropping hints so loud, it's basically shouting in capitals.

5. “I don’t have time for self-care” is the adult version of “the dog ate my homework.”

6. Your feet can’t lie. And trust me… they have opinions.

7. Rest is not a reward. It’s a requirement. Like moisturiser. Or WiFi.

8. If you treated your car the way you treat your body, it would be on DoneDeal for parts.

9. “I’m fine” is not a wellness strategy.

10. If your nervous system could talk, it’d be saying “for the love of all that’s holy, would you sit down for five minutes?”

11. You deserve care that doesn’t involve crying in the shower or lying on the couch scrolling till midnight.

12. One session won’t erase months of mayhem. But it's a great place to start. 👣💜
