Many people are suffering with all kinds of anxiety be it social anxiety, health anxiety or low self esteem. Hypnotherapy is a wonderful therapy for helping with these issues.

The first signs of spring are here and doesn't it feel good! Feeling the sun on your face, seeing the snow drops and the daffodils, it fills me with hope and peace.
Thinking of being in the garden, alone, with family or friends is special to me, my happy place.
Where is your happy place?
Taking ourselves away from the TV and internet is becoming more important as we are bombarded with negative news and negative images.

So it’s the start of a new year. I wasn’t quite sure what to say this year as 2023 left many of us feeling quite low due to the events going on across the world and the uncertainty many people are facing.
This time of year is also full of mixed emotions as some of us are lucky enough to spend time with family and friends while others struggle with the loss of loved ones.
I struggled to think of anything inspirational to say so I decided to take a step back for a while. This is something we all need to do from time to time and many people still find it difficult.
I spent less time on social media and less time on my phone. Recently, I have found myself going out without my phone or wearing a watch and I still survive!
I’m still not sure what is going to happen in 2024, I’m sure there will be challenges ahead, so I plan to take regular breaks from technology and spend my free time the old-fashioned way, going for walks, reading books and I’m going to give knitting a try!
May 2024 bring you peace, joy, strength, and love.🥰
