On the 16th of October at 2pm I am running a fundraising pilates class for my sons footballs team Claremont 2013s to help them attend an international tournament down South next year.

Donation basis, all funds raised to the club, suggested minimum donations is £5.

Location: 2c Orbital Court, East Kilbride, G74 5PH

Excited to see the services on offer at the studio expanding to support mums through all stages of their pre and post natal journey with the addition of new post natal classes.

Tomorrow at 10.15 Sarah launches a 6 week postnatal Pilates programme - MumRestore. This is a great first step back to exercise in the post natal period focusing on the pelvic floor and core.

There is also the new parent and toddler/baby class on a Tuesday at 10.45am. Classes that I could take my baby and then toddler along to were invaluable to me when I had my first son as they were a great way to meet other mums as well as exercise.

Lovely day yesterday celebrating our open day at Grace Studios. Thank you to my family, friends and clients who made it along. It was lovely to meet lots of new people too!
