Which lymphatic treatment is right for you?
One of the most common things I hear is…
“I didn’t realise there were different types of lymphatic drainage.”
And it’s true 🤍
Not all lymphatic treatments are the same.
Different techniques work at different depths of the lymphatic system, and they’re designed to support very different outcomes. That’s why I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach.
