Absolutely Love being part of this community gym - Dean & Pamela have created the most welcoming and friendly ambiance, it’s a delight, a pleasure and a privilege to provide Tuesday night Yoga for their members there - and to help look after babies, toddlers and children in the gym’s free creche too! x✨💜✨
There’s no place quite like it - it’s a joy to see 3 generations of families work out together - mums with babies in prams beside them - and dads & grandparents being able to work out with toddlers or teens there too - with free childcare between 10am & 12 noon each day of the week!
Senior members form friendships & workout together, and there’s Zumba & Fitness Classes on the schedule too. Above all it’s the most relaxed and all inclusive atmosphere that’s most touching - it’s a beautiful space to be completely yourself!
