I first heard about Steven Veerapen at a book event last year, and his book Witches: A King's Obsession has been sitting on my “to be read” pile ever since. I finally started it this weekend and I’m learning so much already! 📚✨

Even better, Steven will be joining us as a Guest Speaker at Magekal Mystekal Market on 26th April, so you’ll have the chance to meet him in person and hear more about this book and his other work.

One of the things I love about being self employed is having a quieter Monday. I’ll still be checking emails and messages, but no teaching or client sessions today… so there’s a good chance I’ll be curled up with my book for a while!

Both Crystal and reiki therapies are energy healing modalities which help you to relax, putting your body into the parasympathetic state so you can heal.
Reiki and crystals support this process, I simply hold the space for you, channel reiki and select crystals.

For a long time, I wanted to visit the beautiful beaches of Harris and Lewis.
We attract what we are, not what we want.

Rest is a powerful part of the manifestation process. this video was taken last May.
By resting more since then and embodying the life I want to lead (lots of time at the beach!) I have attracted lots of new students to work with, new teachers to learn from AND another lovely beach holiday in Fuertaventura earlier this month. What does the successful version of you get to do? Take small steps towards that every day!

One of the things I love most about being self employed is the incredible range of people I get to meet. 💜

A few months ago, I met Peter at a networking event. He is the founder of Move Forward Movement, and his work is rooted in lived experience, community leadership and a deep belief that mental wellbeing is the foundation of personal success, leadership and lasting change.

His values really align with my own, so when I was looking for guest speakers for the Magekal Mystekal Market, he was an obvious choice.

How did you spend the Spring Equinox?

I had the honour of working with Laura as she showed her increasing connection to Reiki energy.

As the day progressed, Laura's ability to differentiate between the different subtle energies of Reiki and it was a pleasure to experience a reiki session from her. Laura also shared some wonderful stories of her experience of sharing Reiki with friends and family.

Well done, Laura, on completing your level 2 training. I am looking forward to reading your case studies and then awarding your certificate.

Join me in congratulating Joy who has completed her Level 2 Crystals and Crystal Healing Training.

Joy popped in during the week to collect her certificate ( and some more crystals!) after submitting three very detailed case studies.
