As a non therapist (and a novice to the massage game), I attended the 1-day emmet course to support a loved one with some basic techniques I can use on them, and myself.

The course Alison put on was really relaxed, not too technical and went into just enough detail that I needed to make sure I knew enough to be able to not only provide friends / family with some basic techniques but also do this to myself.

This course was a great foundation course to a novice, as well as a great introduction for those already practising other therapies & are wanting to introduce this into their skill set.
