You look like you’re coping.
You’re holding everything together.
People even tell you how “strong” you are.
But you and I both know there’s another truth underneath that polished surface.
You’re exhausted.
Not “I need an early night” tired — bone-deep tired.
The kind of tired that sleep doesn’t fix.
You’re carrying the emotional weight for everyone around you… yet no one really checks if you’re okay, because you’ve trained them to believe you always are.
High-functioning doesn’t mean healthy.
Functioning isn’t coping.
If this is landing a little too closely… it’s because something in you recognises it.
You don’t have to keep being the strong one in silence.
You’re allowed support.
You’re allowed to let someone in.
You’re allowed to not be okay — and still be deserving of help.
If this is you, counselling can help you breathe again, feel again, and find “you” again.
If you’re nodding along, it might be time to reach out. You don’t have to keep doing this alone.
