🔥 NO GYM NEEDED – BENT OVER CROSSOVER 🔥
Today’s exercise is the Bent Over Crossover, one of the BEST moves you can do with your No Gym Needed resistance bands to target and tighten your BACK.
💪 How to Do It:
1. Loop the band securely under your feet.
2. Take a hammer grip (thumbs pointing up).
3. Make sure there’s good resistance on the band.
4. Bend slightly forward, keep your back straight.
5. Lift your arms up and away from your body, engaging your back as you squeeze at the top.
6. Control the movement on the way down.
🏋️♂️ Reps: 10–15 slow, controlled reps.
