Mission: Bring Back The Butt 🍑
My glutes disappeared over night after pregnancy, something I didn’t realise would happen! I’m talking flat as a pancake 🥞! When your pelvis shifts and your core softens during pregnancy, your glutes often stop firing.
These 5 moves help bring them back, with reactivation, realignment and rebuilding!
Save and give these 5 moves ago:
1. Fire hydrant
2. Fire hydrant into kick out
3. Lift and lowers
4. Circles
5. Knee to elbow side crunch
Aim for 12 of each, and repeat 3 times!
