It’s always so special hearing from past clients and finding out their little ones have arrived 🕊️

I feel so lucky to spend time with such wonderful people as they prepare for birth and parenthood. It’s truly an honour to walk alongside you✨

My passion is for you to feel supported, calm and empowered as you prepare for birth. Pregnancy is such a transformational time and one that deserves to be honoured and held with care 🤍

That’s exactly what we do in Pregnancy Yoga & Relaxation. I’ll lead you through gentle movement, deep rest and connection to your changing body and baby, with lots of techniques for birth woven in🌙

Activate your cranium! 🧠

The BRAIN acronym is a valuable tool to help individuals make informed decisions during childbirth by asking key questions.

Here’s how each component of the acronym can be applied:

B – Benefits
Ask about the potential benefits of a proposed intervention or procedure. Understanding the advantages can help you weigh the pros and cons and make a more informed decision.

R – Risks
Inquire about the potential risks
associated with the proposed intervention. Understanding the potential drawbacks or complications allows you to assess the overall safety and necessity of the procedure.

A – Alternatives
Explore alternative options or approaches to managing the situation. Knowing about alternative methods or interventions can empower you to make choices that align with your preferences and values.

I – Intuition
Trust your instincts and gut feelings about the proposed intervention. Your intuition can provide valuable insights into what feels right for you and your baby, helping you make decisions that are in line with your instincts and desires.

N – Nothing
Consider what might happen if you choose to do nothing or delay the intervention. Sometimes, taking a wait-and-see approach or opting for no intervention at the moment may be a valid choice, particularly if the situation is not urgent.

By using the BRAIN acronym during antenatal appointments and childbirth, individuals can effectively communicate with their healthcare providers, clarify their options, and make decisions that are informed, empowered, and aligned with their preferences and values.

Tomorrow I will join the Wave of Light 🕯️


My heart feels heavy as I think of my babies I never got to meet. I thought my heart would start to forget, but some days it still weighs heavily on me. The candle I always lit was smashed in an enthusiastic den-making session, and it sounds silly, but in that moment I felt like I’d lost a little more of you. I still keep those positive pregnancy tests, my only evidence that you ever existed. You’ll always have a piece of my heart.

My life is filled with so much love and joy and I'm sorry you didn't make it here to join in the wild ride 💗

My heart goes out to all those who have experienced baby or pregnancy loss.

Hi lovely mamas,

As the leaves turn golden and Autumn gently arrives, I’d love for you and your little one to join me for a nourishing season of Baby & Me Yoga. 🍂

Expect falling leaves, autumnal projections and sensory elements that bring the magic of the season indoors. Together, we’ll celebrate the turning of the seasons while moving, bonding and finding moments of calm.

✨ What to expect each week:

Stretch and move your body with gentle postnatal yoga for YOU

Baby yoga to help your little one build strength and coordination

Bonding through yoga, songs and bubbles

Time to relax and connect with other mums in a warm, supportive space

📍 Weekly Classes:

Vital Village – Tuesdays 10:45 am

Studio 366 – Thursdays 10:30 am
