✨ 🪷Wishing everyone a very Happy New Year! ✨

I’m just hopping on to wish you all a wonderful New Year before I take a short break from social media.

I want to say a huge thank you to all of my lovely clients. I am so grateful for your trust and confidence in me — it truly means the world. I feel incredibly lucky and honoured to do the work I love and am so passionate about.

Thank you as well to everyone I’ve had the pleasure of meeting through events, training courses, fayres with my little holistic health and wellness supplies and gifts store Equuleus Crystals. Meeting each and every one of you has been so special, and I’m truly thankful for all the support and love I’ve received along the way.

I’d also like to express my gratitude to my peers and fellow practitioners🙏Such a lovely community of like minded souls out there . Learning, growing, and continuing to develop alongside such inspiring people has been a real gift!

A big shout out to beautiful soul Sam SKB Reflexology & Foot Care for her support and for welcoming me so kindly into her clinic . I’m loving being in my treatment room there .

I’m really looking forward to seeing all my wonderful clients again soon , meeting more of you at fayres and events and to sharing many more good times together in 2026 ✨

🪷💫 whilst I’m away from my treatment room for some much needed self care , rest and recovery, I wanted to share with you all any health and wellness tips or info I know of , which I think or have found to be very beneficial for our holistic health and wellness - emotionally and physically.

Take a look at this wonderful offering from Mindful Being Qigong. I’ve trained in mindfulness previously and aim to practise daily even for a short time ( but obviously I’m not saint !)
it’s a great tool to help with your personal development and help you manage, emotions , feelings , stress etc .

Why not give this a try … a real opportunity to learn a new skill for incredible price ,

I miss you all very much and cannot wait to get back to my treatment space and to my one to one, Reflexology and other therapies .
So stay open minded and curious . If anything resonates or you feel drawn to it , maybe just give a try !

Our amazing volunteers are busy sorting and loading the van right now, ready to bring plenty of fresh produce to The Gordon Hall!

Open to everyone! And we do need everyone as this food will be binned otherwise.

We are looking for more volunteers for our busy distribution hub and sessions, as well as bank van drivers for our sessions.

Today marks the start of Grief Awareness Week, which aims to normalise conversations about grief and highlight the support available to those who are grieving.

If you’re feeling the weight of grief as we enter the festive season, please know that you are not alone.
We are here for you this Christmas.

Sarah Bell, from our chaplaincy team, has shared her thoughts on coping with grief at this poignant time of year:

💙 Keep honouring your loved one with past rituals, new routines and small dedications

💙 If you feel up to it, you could reach out and help others. This has the added benefit of making you feel useful, as well as offering a powerful distraction.

💙 Remember that your grief will change and evolve. There will be other Christmases, so don’t feel under pressure to make this one great.
