🪷💫 whilst I’m away from my treatment room for some much needed self care , rest and recovery, I wanted to share with you all any health and wellness tips or info I know of , which I think or have found to be very beneficial for our holistic health and wellness - emotionally and physically.
Take a look at this wonderful offering from Mindful Being Qigong. I’ve trained in mindfulness previously and aim to practise daily even for a short time ( but obviously I’m not saint !)
it’s a great tool to help with your personal development and help you manage, emotions , feelings , stress etc .
