I always say this , but it’s true.. I am so so lucky to be able to utilise my skills and experience doing exactly what I love . And that includes connecting with such wonderful people .

I began my training around 25years ago , beginning with reflexology as a modality … and now , to be able to concentrate on all things holistic, mind , body and soul wellbeing is a dream come true . It’s now my reality 🙏🥰

So who had a song come into their mind as they read this ?? 😃 I just love a bit of Take That! But this post is not about those lovely guys.


With touch / hands -on combination therapies, I find , they can work so well to help recalibrate ourselves and our nervous system . As many of you know, I am trained and very experienced in many mental health , mindfulness, self care practises as well as counselling.

And so I will always offer you a safe and confidential space for you to talk things through if you wish when having a treatment with me . The time is yours . If you wish to sleep … sleep . If you snore. … you snore. If you wish to talk … I’m listening .

My experience of working with many lovely souls over the years has shown me how much we can live in our head a lot and so we loose the connection to our bodies , our heart and our core.

I believe our bodies are impacted by our minds … it hears , knows and feels all that is going on for us . And so during my time with you in treatment , my aim and wish is for you to leave incredibly relaxed , centred , rebalanced , grounded and calm / in tune with yourself as a whole .

There's just under a week left to apply for the Montague Gardens public art opportunity.

Worthing Borough Council are looking to commission an artist to design, create and install a new sign for Worthing that will become a focal point for the town. They're especially keen to see designs that include an interactive element, and to hear ideas for involving the community in the development of the sign.

🎉🎉 I am so enjoying seeing you all at my new treatment space in East Preston . Thanks to lovely Sam I’ve been made to feel very welcome.
