Our care is as individual as you are.

Green Willow Residential Care Home is a 30 bed home, for older people in East Preston. We believe that every single one of us has our own very specific preferences and needs for the life we want to live. And we are committed to meeting those needs and respecting those choices for everyone coming into one of our homes whether they are a resident, a staff member or a visitor. We promote and support each individual’s right to dignity, empowerment, independence, choice and safety through individualised person centred care. We focus on providing effective communication and relationships through kindness, empathy, respect and trust. We believe that small details make a big difference. Our family like homes make people feel valued and that their opinions matter. These values mean a lot to each of our team and we live by them day to day – come and see for yourself.

⭐️Goodbye 2025, what a year!
So many moments to hold dear.

Stella turned 100- what a day!
The Snake slithered in for New Year cheer and play.

Love was shared at Green Willow’s door,
St Paddy’s laughs left us wanting more.
Easter meant chocolate (obviously right),
And VE Day stories shone warmly in May’s light.

Jazz in the garden, Sports Fest fun,
Sunshine, trips, and laughs in the summer sun.
Amy’s ten years- September shone bright,
Then spooky October was quite a fright!

Bonfires, photos, Christmas cake galore,
A questionable nativity and Santa’s elves, of course.

So goodbye 2025, for the love that we’ve known,
For the friends and the family who make this our home.

Hello 2026, with hearts open wide, with love all around us and you by our side🩷
