After a lot of thought, I’ve had to make the difficult decision to increase my prices slightly, the first change in over 3 years.
Like many small businesses, the cost of supplies, and day-to-day running expenses has risen significantly, and unfortunately this means I can’t keep things at the same rates any longer.
I’ve always tried to keep my prices as fair and accessible as possible, and that will continue to be my priority. This adjustment simply allows me to keep delivering the same quality and service you expect.

🚨 TT Cyclists & Triathletes Wanted for Performance Research 🚨
Want to learn your VO₂max and contribute to cycling performance research?

I’m looking for active time trialists and triathletes to register their interest in a study at the NTU Biomechanics Lab (Clifton Campus) this April-May.
You’ll complete 2 sessions:
⚡ VO₂max test + TT bike setup analysis (bring your own bike)
⚡ 20-min cycling trial in the biomechanics lab
You must:
• Be 18-60
• Be an active TT cyclist or triathlete
• Own a TT bike
• Be injury-free & medically fit
• Attend both sessions at NTU

Rowan Sports Therapy – Mobile Appointments Available 🌿

At the moment, I’m offering mobile appointments only, that means professional sports therapy brought directly to your door. 🏡💆‍♂️

Many people think they need lots of space for a mobile treatment, but that’s not the case at all!
✅ A clear area roughly the size of a yoga mat is plenty.
✅ I bring all the equipment, including the treatment table and waxes.
✅ You just need a calm corner and yourself.

Mobile appointments are ideal if you:
Prefer treatment in the comfort of your own home.
Have mobility or transport limitations.
Value convenience and privacy.

Whether it’s tension, injury recovery, or regular maintenance, I bring the same level of professional care, just without the clinic walls.

📅 Appointments are currently limited, so early booking is recommended.

🚨 Update on Rowan Sports Therapy 🚨
Hi everyone! Just a quick update on what’s happening with Rowan Sports Therapy…
As some of you may know, I (Andy) am currently focusing on my studies, working towards a Master’s degree in Strength & Conditioning. With this shift, Rowan Sports Therapy is taking a bit of a back seat for now, as I pursue opportunities in professional sport as a Sports Scientist and S&C Coach. 💪⚽🚴🏼🏋🏻
That said, sports massage appointments are still available, just in a limited, mobile-only capacity for the time being.

📅 The website will be taken down before Christmas, and I’ll be working on a rebrand in the new year. Exciting things ahead, so make sure to keep an eye on social media for updates!

🌟 Small Business Sunday Shout Out! 🌟

This week, I’m giving a massive shout out to the man who’s been keeping my legs attached in the lead-up to my 100-mile run – .

He’s the reason I can still walk after all the miles I’ve clocked… and the person I’ll be begging to rebuild me from the ground up once I cross that finish line. (Bring glue, duct tape, and a miracle, please. 😂)

If you run, lift, train, or just occasionally move like a human and then regret it, you need this guy in your life. He’s basically part massage therapist, part wizard, and part body mechanic.

This post is scheduled because right now I’m somewhere between Bamburgh Castle and Edinburgh Castle questioning all my life choices 🏰➡️🏰. I’ll reply to messages Monday afternoon… assuming I survive and can still use my thumbs.
