Call or message Nicola 07918027831 After battling with my weight for all my adult life and trying almost every diet going, I finally discovered Slimming World. I went along because I was desperate to lose weight. I was immediately made to feel welcome and soon discovered this was a friendly, supportive and non-judgemental place to be. It took me just over a year to lose 3 stone in weight through Food Optimising which is such an easy plan to follow. You can eat wonderfully tasty, family friendly meals and never have to be hungry. Slimming World has changed my life so much, I never dreamed that I would become a consultant but I couldn’t wait to help & support others in my community to achieve their dreams too. I now run 2 friendly groups in Retford and one in Worksop where we support and celebrate member’s achievements, help inspire and motivate and share fabulous food ideas and recipes. Groups held in Retford every Wednesday Evening at The Well 5pm and 6:30pm and Saturday Morning at St. Joseph's Church Hall 9am and on Thursday Evenings at St. Joseph's, Wingfield Avenue, 5:30pm and 7pm.
