Lovely feedback from my wonderful recent client Sam.

Sam is a soft, warm, Autumn colour palette meaning these particular colours and tones absolutely are her ultimate to wear for her natural colouring.

This selection of colours really POP and are in harmony with her soft, blue-grey eye colour, her natural blonde hair and eyebrow colour and with her slightly warmer skin tone.

Sam is slightly neutral meaning that she does cross over between warm and cool however it’s recommended that she always go towards SOFT, muted colours that dont overpower or drain her look.

As everything about Sam’s look is soft, natural and she is fair skinned these tones and colours will always help her look more awake, youthful and truly radiant.

That’s what its all about. Finding you a look that always helps you to feel more confident, attractive and good about yourself and no longer invisible!

This also includes my advice on matching your makeup to your best colours so I ask clients to bring along their cosmetics for review. Sam was opting more toward the cooler tones so it was fun to help her realise and neutral colours work best for her.

A colour analysis consultation with me is always relaxed, fun and truly enlightening. I ❤️ seeing how the colours illuminate my clients, not only physically but emotionally as well. The transformation is brilliant!

Throw back to with two past clients.

Through the process of their colour consultations with me, it was lovely to guide them through the seasonal colour analysis system to find they both look absolutely STUNNING in the cool, winter colours.

So many myths related to eating fruit.

Remember to eat it in its whole form to obtain the fibre and nutrients.

All fruits contain Vitamin C which is essential for your cells to synthesise collagen. There are also vegetables that contain Vitamin C such as spinach, broccoli and potatoes.

Collagen production also requires manganese and copper alongside Vitamin C. Pineapple is an awesome fruit for all of these and it also is so beneficial for digestion and good gut health.

Fruit is also full of water which is another essential for skin hydration to help with collagen production and to plump the skin and give radiance to the complexion.
