Today is World Kindness Day! It's a great opportunity to be kind to yourself and stop the negative self-talk and also do an act of kindness to somebody random. Kindness can be smiling at a stranger, help an elderly person carry something heavy, give a homeless person something to eat or drink, make someone laugh, make a charity bag and bring it to a shop, buy a 'thinking of you' card for someone in your life, etc. Today is just a reminder but we could do something nice everyday. Imagine if everyone did a random act of kindness, how that could change our crazy world for the better.

There are lots of strategies to reduce worries. Find one one that works for you, e.g. deep breathing, create a worry box, make a gratitude list, imagine the worst case scenario and develop a strategy to deal with it, should it ever happen, use EFT tapping, visualise emptying your worry bucket, etc.
Just be sure to become aware of your thought patterns and find a way to interrupt the worry thoughts to avoid spiralling. I hope this helps. Let me know what works best for you!
