From April 2023, my prices will increase by £5 across all treatments. I've wrestled with this decision, as I passionately believe that massage should be as accessible as possible for as many people as possible. I truly believe in the benefit of massage for wellbeing and I don't want there to be any more barriers to this than there already are. That said, I'm hopeful that the new prices remain in line with this belief. Please contact me if you have any questions. Thank you all for your support and for choosing Reprise to be a place of rest for you that you can return to again and again.

Our bodies are not designed to remain in a state of stress nonstop! Rest is such a helpful way to engage our parasympathetic nervous system, and massage is a great tool to release the tension (mental or physical) that is keeping our muscles, organs, and body systems (respiratory, digestive, circulative, etc) from functioning at their best.

When was the last time you took a rest? It doesn't have to be a long rest. Even just 5 minutes of slow breathing helps out brains switch from sympathetic to parasympathetic mode.

Thank you so much to all who came to the Open House this weekend! It was so lovely to meet new and familiar faces! I can't wait to welcome you to Reprise if you booked a treatment or a gift voucher!

I love the moments of stillness when I'm done setting up and waiting for a client to arrive. I gather my thoughts, breathe in slowly, listen to the calming sounds, and ground myself.
Being a massage therapist has increased my week's "working hours" naturally, but it's also taught me to slow down somehow. I love the stillness in the Reprise room. Do you need some space to breathe? I'd love to welcome you into this space of rest. 🌿

My facial trolley is complete and full of Tropic goodies to nourish and refresh your skin!

I spent such a long time putting together all the different elements to build this trolley bespoke. The most challenging part was finding bolts long enough to make kitchen door handles work as towel rails on the side of an IKEA kallax shelf!

I am so happy with how it turned out. Facials are £40 for an hour's treatment. Why not book one for yourself or a gift for a friend?

Beautiful new candle burning in my therapy room today from Cardboard Blessings
Julia's painted candles are stunning.
This was a Christmas present from my parents, and I actually bought another of her candles to give to my sister in law for Christmas! Julia has so many designs to choose from, and these colours go so well in my Reprise room.
