With International Women's Day just round the corner, it's made us think about one of the most amazing transformations the female body can go through. 🌈
But while it is certainly amazing, pregnancy and birth take their toll. So you have to be extra vigilant in the months leading up to take care of you and your body (before baby becomes the priority!) 🍼
Swollen feet, back ache, and more, can make the idea of exercise seem impossible. If you can do a little each morning and evening you'll be that much better set up for once baby arrives.
