Went for a walk with my Daughter and Grandson at our local lake today. It was a little windy, but wonderful to breathe in the atmosphere!

Throughout Lockdown people have decorated stones and laid them along the edge of the path. Some of them are so beautifully decorated... What a lovely thing to do!! 😍💖

Today is more of a BEING day than DOING day. Try not to force anything.

Yes, I get it... It can feel frustrating when things aren't moving or changing as quickly as we'd like. However, forcing against the energy isn't going to work - and can often leave us feeling worse!

Pretty soon your previous efforts will pay off and you'll begin to see a difference.

So, stand strong & trust that you are exactly where you're supposed to be. Feel confident that everything is falling into place! Because it is!! 💖

Happy Friday & welcome to May!

How are you?

Emotionally it's been an up and down week for me here. I've been busy working through my stuff... Lots of stuff...🥴

It's amazing what you discover by getting still and looking within. Sometimes you uncover things you'd rather not deal with. When this happens it takes courage to face the truth. But this is how we learn and grow.

So yes, there's been a few moments this week where I've really had to dig deep and pull up my big girl pants... I've been getting honest about what is and isn't working and how I feel. Now I can make the changes necessary for me to heal and grow.

On a brighter note, I've had a lot of up times too this week!

I got to see my Brother! ( Only from the garden at a distance) but it still made my day)😍
My two girls also! ( In the same way)😍
I've had face time calls with my family 😍
I've connected with some beautiful souls through FB 😍

Oh and remember I told you about my love for a decent coffee??
Well this happened...

My Daughter gifted me a box of make it at home Cappuccino! Eeeeekkk!! 😄💖

So here I am, writing to you and feeling very blessed. Enjoying my favourite brew! 😋😍
