The latest statistics on work-related health and safety in Great Britain, published by HSE has shown that:

1.9 million working people are suffering from a work-related illness, of which:
964,000 workers are suffering work-related stress, depression or anxiety

The statistics are quite a shocking read.

When your passion shows… even when you’re not looking!

I recently asked someone to take a few photos while I was delivering a training session, when they handed them back, the first thing they said was:

“You look SO happy in every single one of these!”

And yes, they're right. 😄

I am happy. I genuinely LOVE what I do.

Whether it’s First Aid, Driver CPC, or any other course I deliver, I always walk into a room excited to teach, support, and create a positive experience for everyone there.

I do feel that this energy rubs off as so many people tell me the same thing in their feedback:

“Your enthusiasm and energy made the training enjoyable.”
“You made learning feel comfortable and fun.”
“This is why we keep coming back!”

There’s nothing better than knowing the joy I feel while delivering training is felt by the people I’m teaching. It’s the biggest compliment and a huge part of why I have so many returning customers.

We were tasked to deliver a bespoke course for Day Aggregates, this was aimed toward Logistics Supervisors and designed to help improve on performance.

Day Aggregates tasked us to deliver a bespoke course for their Logistics Supervisors. The aim was to improve on performance with a focus on Roles and Responsibilities.

Everybody enjoyed the day, and we sprinkled some team-building games throughout to keep the mood upbeat.

I just had to get a video of the food as it was up there with the best - absolutely delicious.

Thank you to the team for making my job so easy and enjoyable.

This afternoon I've been busy prepping for a full and busy week. We have:

- FORS audits
- Fire Door Safety
- Mental Health Awareness
- FORS Annual Conference

I'm particularly looking forward to attending the "Beyond compliance: Redefining professional development in road transport" on Thursday at the conference. Looking at the agenda, I think we'll be in for a full-on day.
