Thank you to all of our Local Support Group Co-ordinators and Ambassadors, who do such much to spread the message of everything that the FHT stands for. Thank you to all of our magazine contributors for telling your stories. Thank you to all of our Accredited Course Providers, Speakers, Tutors and Educators for sharing your passion and knowledge with us all.

We wish all of our members a happy and peaceful festive season! 🎄🎁🎅

CTTC organised for learners, FHT Members and Student Members to attend the Chaseley Trust in Eastbourne this morning to perform hand massages/hand reflexology on their residents along with some Singing Bowl therapy with Maja. Residents enjoyed their gentle treatments and one resident said how much more movement they had following their treatment. Coffee and mince pies were enjoyed. This was a successful morning which reinforced students' learning of their VTCT Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology. We hope to be back again soon!
