Pregnant is a miraculous process, enjoy the changes that happen to your body and make sure you a look yourself time to relax, sleep and be positive during this time.
WHAT TO KNOW ABOUT PREGNANCY!
Some hepful tips for you if you're pregnant....
SLEEP MORE.....Your body is performing miracles and you need to rest and put your feet up.
ENJOY THIS SPECIAL TIME......technically you are only ever pregnant once! As each baby is different so each pregnancy is different making each one special.
MAKE NEW FRIENDS......This is a fantastic time to share experiences, give support and realise what you are going through is really normal.
HORMONES.......and lots of them! Hormones and tiredness can pay and huge part in your behaviour. You may be out of character, be argumentative, burst into tears. This is perfectly normal.
BELLY TOUCHING.......Some people have the erge to rub a pregnant woman's belly. Be direct and polite 'please don't touch my belly, it makes me feel uncomfortable '
DOCUMENT YOUR TUMMY........several mum's & especially me regret not taking more pictures of their pregnant belly. Be proud of your changing figure.
YOUR BABY WILL BE BORN WHEN THEY ARE READY........Some women have have a natural length of pregnancy for 42 weeks. Do what you want to do, watch a funny dvd together, go out for a meal. Enjoy the days you have together as as bonus as you can do whatever you like.
WHEN YOUR BABY IS BORN........Everyone cares for their baby differently. Yes it has particular needs, but it also has the needs of any other human being for love and comfort.
