My name is Karen and since 2007 I became a certified Usui Reiki , Karuna Reiki , Spiritual, and Angel Therapy Practitioner, and full member of the International Practitioners Holistic Medicine. I am a natural healer, empath & sensitive and I work and help clients, old and new offering various healing & energy cleansing sessions from my home in a beautiful relaxing garden studio based in Eastham on the Wirral. Throughout my page, I share
peace, love & light with like minded people, Positive inspiration, daily Tarot/Angel Card messages, Free giveaways, distant healings, and spiritual guidance. My Mission is to promote healing, relaxation, give guidance,... just an overall a positive lift to help others, & rise the vibration! Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that is simple, natural & safe method of healing that anyone can have....pregnant ladies, babies, children & the elderly. Reiki helps cleanse, balance and restore physical, emotional well-being leaving you feeling more peaceful & relaxed ��

I genuinely love the way Reiki makes people feel, and being able to share it is beyond amazing to me! On arrival I will have a brief conversation of how I work, & to discuss any concerns you may have. You will remain fully clothed with exception of shoes & are asked to lay down on the therapy bed, a blanket is offered for comfort. Relaxation music, incense & crystals (optional) are offered to enhance the relaxation. Once you are comfortable I will begin to scan & open up your energy field, where this may tell me the areas of energy that could be blocked & would need working on. I then begin by placing my hands gently on & off the body in a series of positions that will cover the entire body. Each position is held for several minutes. �
Reiki can be felt as a pleasant warmth/tingling sensation flowing through the body, and often brings a meditative state of being. �
Spiritual experiences can occur during a session also. Reiki treatments are so completely relaxing you may even fall asleep!! �
Once the session has ended I will bring you out of your sense of deep relaxation, you will be given time to wake up as you may feel a little weightlessness and fuzzy headed, I will then explain to you what I picked up in the healing session and any advice will be given, a glass of water is advised making sure you are fully present and grounded before you leave. �

Maybe it’s not the answer you expected, as you are being put onto a different path, a better one given time.
Or perhaps you are distracted by life, that you didn’t realise that the signs and messages have passed you by.

Being impatient, wanting the answers now will leave you feeling confused, challenged and feel like you are not being heard from your spiritual team, but sometimes remember every single prayer is being answered in perfect timing, they are always listening 😇

the divine wisdom of spirit will help you find clarity, healing and strength.

Relax and open your mind to limitless opportunities.

Strength often comes from being vulnerable, as this is where you are able to identify and acknowledge your own limitations and find new ways of doing things that you may not have considered before.

Once you let go of the fear of vulnerability, which is one of the core obstacles of inner-freedom, you will be able to embrace your authentic self and create a stronger connection with yourself!

This month will be juggling priorities, all about balance, as you might be juggling more than you’d like.
There you go rushing around from one thing to the next with little downtime in between, wouldn’t surprise me if you forgot about deadlines, or messed up in some way, and as the uk weather has been shocking , it’s so important that you try and get that outside air space before it’s dark.
Multi tasking also is not in your favour right now., you may have to cut down on things you are doing, in order to focus on two main priorities.
Work, people’s expectations, family, housework , bills, even your own thoughts.
You don’t need to have it all worked out, and be perfect, just stay on top and be aware, keep adjusting be calm and remember to breathe.
