We are not professionals, just people with a passion to give something back.

We are a volunteer led recovery group open on a Thursday evening 7pm/9pm trying to help others by sharing our own experiences of recovering from Alcohol and Drug addiction.

Join us Thursday evening Wells Place Centre as we discuss building Resilience in Recovery. Recovery is a journey of change and growth and being able to deal with stress and cravings. To build that Resilience we need a strong support network, attend meetings, use tools of recovery and be consistent.
