Complete Fertility Ltd, part of Virtus Health since 2018, offers clinics in Havant & Bournemouth, advanced labs, TMRW cryo, and care for both private & NHS patients with expert, compassionate support. Based at the Princess Anne Hospital in Southampton, Complete Fertility Centre has close links with the University of Southampton and provides fertility treatment and services for both NHS and self-funded patients in the UK. We also have satellite clinics in Bournemouth, Portsmouth and now Chichester for patients who would prefer appointment closer to home. 2025 has been an incredible year for Complete Fertility. From expanding our services with surrogacy support, a new s***m sharing programme, fertility acupuncture, reassurance scans, and our upcoming weight loss medication service, to welcoming Ms Mili Saran as our new medical director, we’ve been focused on supporting our patients every step of the way.

Our patient understood early on that starting a family might not be straightforward due to cystic fibrosis. Rather than waiting and wondering, they made the brave decision to get tested and take the first step forward.

Along the way, further challenges emerged. It was discovered that their partner has azoos***mia, and the patient was diagnosed with PCOS. What began as a journey they knew might be difficult became even more complex, but they kept going.

Today, their story is filled with joy as they celebrate their babies’ first Christmas with their beautiful twins.

Kara is now a proud new mum, but her journey to motherhood was far from easy. Facing endometriosis and difficult fertility challenges, she relied on the dedication and expertise of the Complete Fertility team to guide her every step of the way.
