Due to the managed dispersal of patients who attend Glyn Ebwy Surgery, we kindly ask that any patients who haven’t already nominated a pharmacy for prescriptions to be sent, either, highlight a nominated pharmacy when ordering their prescription or collect their prescription from the practice by 6pm on Monday 26th September 2022.

Any prescriptions that are not collected will automatically be sent to Well Pharmacy James Street upon the surgeries closure.

We are delighted to announce an update to our hospital visiting guidance which will start on April 7th.

Key things you need to know:
• Before visiting you should have a negative LFD test, and must not have tested positive for Covid or have been a close contact with someone that has been positive in the last 10 days
• A maximum of one close family member or close contact can visit a patient between the hours of 8:00am – 8:00pm for up to one hour.
• You must wear a face mask (unless medically exempt), and wear PPE if asked by ward staff
• Visits must be arranged in advance with the ward staff. Please arrive on time and not early.
• When visiting you will need to complete a screening questionnaire prior to entry into the Ward and complete the QR code or the visitors book on arrival. This will help us continue to keep our patients and your loved ones safe.
