Location - Blue Lake, Ebbw Vale

Meeting point - On the Roundabout just up from Morrisons petrol station in Ebbw vale

Please be advised to bring the following

A towel or Changing robe
Old shoes , Crocs or Water shoes

A smile an open mind and a belly full of laughs

The weather is perfect now to start your journey in cold water, come and give it a go and get out of your comfort zone 👍

Well done to David Lewis who is part of our group, he completed his 12 dips of Christmas this morning in aid of Prostrate cancer research.

Biting cold in the water this morning, but with a wind chill making it -7 it was to be expected. No pain no gain 🥶🥶🥶😂
Oh and we had ice 👌👌👌🥶

This Sundays well-being walk is up Pen y Fan in the Brecon Beacons

Date and time - Sunday 28th December meeting 08:50 to start walking at 9:00am.

We are meeting at the visitors centre in the Pont y Daf car park.

As always make sure you wear appropriate footwear and clothing, Bring snacks and a drink if you wish. Dogs are also welcome.
