Yesterday, Jonny teamed up with Steve in the kitchen and absolutely smashed it 💪🍴

He got stuck in straight away - portioning meals, working the fryer, plating up, and independently prepping burgers and wraps 👏

He even tackled a huge pile of pots after the dinner rush! A brilliant effort all round and definitely a well-earned rest afterwards 😄

A great first day for Ryan at his Morrisons placement. He got straight into his tasks, supported customers, kept stock replenished, and settled in well with the team at break times. Well done, Ryan 👏

Curtis completed his meet and greet at Nando’s today and did a fantastic job. He was really chatty, confident, and answered all of the manager’s questions clearly.

He impressed Harry with his food safety knowledge and positive attitude throughout. Curtis was also very proud to try on his new uniform and is excited to get started.

Billy has been making great progress!🚀

After mastering the Carvery, he’s successfully completed his e-learning training and is now starting to learn the meal specifications for the Main Line. Using a wider range of cooking equipment than he was previously familiar with, Billy has already produced the Big Treble Burger and the Mega Indian Platter with only minimal support.

Leo had a brilliant meet and greet at Meadow Farm last week! 🏡

He will be working front of house and demonstrated real confidence, asking thoughtful questions and showing genuine enthusiasm for the role. Leo even had his uniform ready ahead of starting, showing excellent commitment and professionalism.

Leo is a perfect example of how our learners are developing independence, reliability, and employability skills in real-life settings.

Exciting news for Shezz! 🌟

Recently, Shezz attended her meet and greet at Woodside for the role of Digital Support Officer. She will be supporting the IT team, helping train colleagues, and managing devices and software across the service.

This is a fantastic opportunity for her to develop technical skills, problem-solving, and teamwork - a major step forward on her career pathway.

We can’t wait to see her flourish in her new role!

Peter’s first day at Fraiser’s Staff Canteen has been a great success.👏🏻

He’s loved how friendly and welcoming the team has been - something he says really makes a difference. On day one, Peter got stuck in straight away, helping to make brownies, flapjacks and pizzas.

He’s already built a great rapport with the team, especially Head Chef Ian, who’s been really impressed with Peter’s positive attitude and approach to every task he’s been given.💜
