IMPORTANT INFO ON THIS WINTER’s FLU VACCINATIONS.
I’ve just been passed some research on the flu vaccinations 25/26. Remember that last Winter’s Flu shot had -27% efficacy , which means you were 27% MORE LIKELY to get Flu if you took the jab than if you didn’t.
Please look at which one they are offering you.
A majority of them are on the black triangle scheme. You will be used as lab rats. This means they do not know the extent of adverse reactions and are conducting further testing, this time on the population.
Some side effects, or adverse events from medicines are not known until the medicine has been in general use for some time. The Black Triangle Scheme identifies new prescription medicines with a black triangle on the medicine information documents.
For the 2025–2026 flu season, the adjuvanted quadrivalent inactivated influenza vaccine (aQIV), quadrivalent cell-cultured inactivated influenza vaccine (QIVc), and high-dose quadrivalent inactivated influenza vaccine (QIV-HD) will carry a black triangle symbol in the UK, indicating they are newer products that require careful monitoring for adverse reactions through the MHRA's Yellow Card Scheme.
Why the Black Triangle Symbol Appears
Newer Vaccines:
The black triangle indicates that the vaccine is relatively new to the market.
MHRA Oversight:
The Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) uses the symbol to highlight vaccines they are particularly interested in monitoring for adverse events after they have been authorized.
Importance of Reporting:
Healthcare professionals and patients are encouraged to report any suspected adverse drug reactions for these vaccines to the MHRA through the Yellow Card Scheme to help gather safety data.
Please be mindful that medical professionals are not mandated to report any suspected adverse events to the Yellow Card Scheme.
Which Vaccines Have the Symbol for 2025-2026
The vaccines identified as having a black triangle for the 2025-2026 flu season are:
Adjuvanted quadrivalent inactivated influenza vaccine (aQIV)
Quadrivalent cell-cultured inactivated influenza vaccine (QIVc)
High-dose quadrivalent inactivated influenza vaccine (QIV-HD)
🚨🚨🚨It’s important that anyone considering these vaccines are given full informed consent and are made aware of the above by the medical professional PRIOR to administrating the vaccine along with a list of potential side effects known by the healthcare professionals via SmPC.
The patient leaflet and SmPC tend to be different.
If you don’t understand anything then ask the medical professional to explain this to you so you fully understand what you are taking and what the current known risks are. 🚨🚨🚨
