If I were starting my TTC journey in 2025, here’s what I’d focus on first 👇

✨ Support my nervous system daily, instead of waiting until stress feels overwhelming.

✨ Use testing if needed gut, thyroid, or minerals to get clarity instead of guessing.

POI and POF can be really tough diagnoses to have if you are on fertility journey. Having high FSH and low AMH can feel hopeless. But working on your health, truly digging deeper and finding what your body is trying to tell you - as in how to support it the best way, can give it healing opportunities. Sometimes in Practise I’ve seen it resulting in natural pregnancy, or successful IVF or egg donor pregnancy. Whichever will be your path, I’m here to support you through it.
