If I were starting my TTC journey in 2025, here’s what I’d focus on first 👇

✨ Support my nervous system daily, instead of waiting until stress feels overwhelming.

✨ Use testing if needed gut, thyroid, or minerals to get clarity instead of guessing.

✨ Build strong food + lifestyle foundations *before* jumping into treatments.

The truth? TTC isn’t just about ovulation tracking. It’s about creating the right environment in your body so conception feels possible.

POI and POF can be really tough diagnoses to have if you are on fertility journey. Having high FSH and low AMH can feel hopeless. But working on your health, truly digging deeper and finding what your body is trying to tell you - as in how to support it the best way, can give it healing opportunities. When I sit down with women on their fertility journeys, the same mistake comes up again and again:

👉🏼 They’re laser-focused on ovulation tracking, hormones, and timing… but missing the foundations that actually allow the body to prioritise conception.

Your body is incredibly wise. It won’t put energy into reproduction if it’s lacking the basics it needs to feel nourished and safe.

That means things like:

✨ Balanced blood sugar

✨ Stable minerals (magnesium, zinc, potassium, etc.)

✨ A calm nervous system

✨ Good gut health

When these are supported, supplements work better. Treatments have more impact. And your body can finally shift from “survival” mode into “fertility” mode.
